Tour Itinerary

Day 01 Arrival Tbilisi  
After meet & assist at the airport, the guests will be transferred to hotel and check in. We may go for the half day city tour of Tbilisi, if arrival is in the morning time. Overnight stay in Tbilisi.
Day 02 Tbilisi – Mtskheta - Tbilisi     
After breakfast we will go for city sightseeing tour of Tbilisi by visiting Trinity Cathedral (the second Millennium), Metekhi Church (XIII century), Old Tbilisi, Sulphur Baths, Narikala Fortress (V-IV centuries), Sioni (XIII c.) and Anchiskhati churches (VI century). Afterwards we will drive to Mtskheta (ancient capital of Georgia kingdom) sites, visit Jvari monastery (300 BC-500 AD) and Svetitskhoveli cathedral (1100 AD).
Overnight stay in Tbilisi.
Day 03
Tbilisi - Telavi   
Today we will drive through the magnificent wine growing region of Kakheti, in route also visit wine producing factory and Tsinandali wine cellar of Al-Chavchavadaze. Afterwards we will make a small excursion towards Shuamta Monasteries (500-1700 AD), a complex of three churches and residence of the King Erekle. Overnight stay in Telavi.
Day 04
Telavi – Sighnaghi – Bodbe - Tbilisi
After breakfast we will visit Gremi, the 16th century architectural monuments of Kakheti region, first visit the royal citadel and the Church of the Archangels. Our next visit will be the Nekresi Monastery (one of the important cultural center of Georgia). Next we will visit Sighnaghi town-museum which is one of the smallest ones in Georgia. Sighnaghi is also famous for wine and traditional carpets. Afterwards, we will visit Bodbe Monastery in Kakheti region (St. Nino is a symbol of Georgian Christianity) and then return to Tbilisi. Overnight stay in Tbilisi.
Day 05
Tbilisi – Gori - Kutaisi   
After breakfast we will drive for Kutaisi. En route, we will visit Samtavisi (11th century Georgian orthodox cathedral) and also visit the museum of Joseph Stalin (birth place of Stalin) in Gori. Later on, we will visit Uplistsikhe, "the lord's fortress", which is an ancient rock-hewn town in eastern Georgia (built on bank of Mtkvari River). Overnight stay in Kutaisi.
Day 06
Kutaisi - Tbilisi   
After breakfast we will go for sightseeing tour of Kutiasi, the second largest city of Georgia founded about 40 centuries ago, former capital of the west Georgian Kingdom Colchis, to which is related the myth of Golden Fleece and Argonauts. First we will visit Bagrati Temple (1100 AD) and Gelati Monastery (1200 AD), both are the UNESCO Heritage sites. We will visit Motsameta Monastery complex (800-1100 AD), beautifully situated between the valleys of two rivers near Kutaisi, also see Sataplia Grotto, where the step-prints of dinosaurs are found. Afterwards, we will drive back to Tbilisi, en route we’ll visit the Monastery of Ubisi. Overnight stay in Tbilisi.
Day 07 Tbilisi – Flight Out
After breakfast, you will be transferred to Tbilisi airport for flight back home or vice versa. End of tours services from Tourism Incentives and end of Through the Cultural Gateway Tour Package.
